Would You Kindly....

Would You Kindly....
Such a simply saying, yet entirely changed after the incredible game "Bioshock".
Released so long ago, way back in 2007....
Would You Kindly.... Apply this to your Gamertag.
These are the words that echoed to me from the city of Rapture!
Words I have never questioned and will never look back on!

This Is The World We Live In . . .

It occurred to me the other day, suddenly as if struck by lightning, (Assuming for a moment, said lightning was actually some prolific writer of a different, un-named Blog.) That I am indeed an exceptionally good gamer.

This being greatly highlighted by the fact that, even though I was at a great disadvantage, (Not being the main character.) Therefore not rewarded with the perks of such a position. I was still able to win out, victorious, against my fellow gamer, who for the sake of anonymity, shall only be referred to by his online alias "Yo Brocko"...

The game we were playing happened to be "Call of Duty - World at War". ( Which on a side note I had never bothered to play the campaign! Instead focusing on the multiplayer aspect of the game. )
We chose to play it Co-Op style, via XBOX Live. Which, as it happens can be played as a competitive game type. Now as I said I was not the main character, so in certain missions I was not awarded such weapons as the infamous Flame Thrower! Which instead went to "Yo Brocko", as he being the host of the game, was elected the main character of the story.

Anyway...

The Flame Thrower as you might imagine, is very effective at destroying everything in it's PATH friend and foe alike. This particular path it was destroying however, happened to be the very one I had to travel. Significance being, I was unrelentingly always at the recieving end of it's devastating effects, as my fellow Co-Oper causally and without remorse, threw out a multitude of destruction.

However this set back proved minimal. As I was soon able to over come this annoying, quite often deadly challenge,  knifing and shooting everyone I could find. Whilst in the midst "Yo Brocko" attempted to see through the haze of chaos he spread out. Giving me the ever increasing advantage, and more importantly increasing higher score. Thus placing me on the "Eternal Pedestal of Great Gamers". High above, out of reach, of my friend and fellow enthusiast gamer.

Wrapping up the experience now, the game proved to be quite enjoyable, especially when played Co-Operatively!
"Yo Brocko" however remains, or at least for the time being, far out of sight of the fabled "Eternal Pedestal of Great Gamers", a place that's magnificence is a complete unknown mystery to him...
